PSP Media Group, as part of the DC Thomson Media company, are offering a unique opportunity for talented sales executives to join an expanding sales team in an exciting, fast paced working environment. bunkered Golf Breaks was launched in September 2020 and the new venture has hit the ground running providing great value golf breaks at many of Scotland’s most iconic golf venues.  


This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced executive with a proven track record in sales. This new role will see the successful candidate join the sales team at PSP Media Group based in Glasgow City Centre to achieve revenues for our bunkered Golf Breaks business.  

We are looking for dynamic individuals with a self-start attitude, a natural sales style and a love of golf who can support our aspirations to grow our offering to golfers across the UK and Ireland while providing a valuable platform to golf businesses across the country.  

You will require excellent communication skills and possess the following attributes:

  • Sales experience, preferably in a travel or golf based background
  • Strong knowledge of golf courses and resorts across the UK, particularly in Scotland
  • A natural self starter who is able to work both remotely but also as a team player
  • An ethos of delivering a first class travel service to our customers both pre and post travel
  • A positive attitude towards business development
  • An ability to hit the ground running

    The successful candidate will be expected to take on daily responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Achieving set sales targets and KPI's as laid out by the business
  • Contacting allocated customer leads
  • Sourcing your own customer leads
  • Fulfilling a full end-to-end customer sales journey to ensure repeat business
  • Variable hours with some weekend working
  • Completing daily reporting requirements as detailed by your line manager
  • Work effectively and efficiently individually and as part of a team

    To be a strong candidate for this role, you must possess:

  • Minimum 2 years in a B2C sales environment within the travel tourism or golf industry
  • Ideally educated to a degree level (not essential)
  • A keen interest and knowledgeable about golf desirable
